The police required him to appear for questioning on October 9, and threatened him with the enactment of a new law on social communication, stating that he could be accused of 'hiring and spreading propaganda against the government.' 'The assistance you receive serves social degradation,' said officials from the State Security during the questioning of José Luis Tan Estrada.
