
The government of Cuba has issued a license to the Lithuanian company for working with cryptocurrencies. Ebioro was founded in Lithuania in 2022 by the Cuban Yuleksis Matienzo Caracas.
"We have received approval from Cuban authorities for the implementation of activities with cryptocurrencies. This is a huge achievement for us," noted the founder of Ebioro, Yuleksis Matienzo Caracas.
Ebioro plans to provide exchange services for cryptocurrencies, as well as create its own payment system, tailored to the needs of Cuban citizens.
According to the company founder's statement, the goal of the project is to simplify the process of exchanging cryptocurrencies in the country, as well as to contribute to the development of the digital economy in Cuba.
The license issued by the Cuban authorities allows Ebioro to legally conduct operations with cryptocurrencies on the territory of the country and work in accordance with Cuban legislation.
