In response to Yoani's stories, Marlon posted a message stating that he could tell his 'version with proof' but chose not to to avoid harming others. Yoani quickly reacted with strong statements through her Instagram stories. 'If I told my version (with proof), many would see certain people in a different light. People need to learn to take responsibility for their actions and stop playing the victim,' Polo wrote in his message. In response, Yoani made serious accusations, directly challenging Marlon to speak, but with evidence. 'Speak, but do it with proof… you are a great mythomaniac,' she expressed, making it clear she has no intention of staying silent. Furthermore, Yoani went a step further, assuring that she also has proof and, if necessary, she could make old chats public.
